We operate this site as a Data Processor on behalf of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), who acts as the Data Controller. This platform is a closed environment dedicated to providing training and event registration for authorized HPE Business Partners.

As HPE and Zoom are US-based companies, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the UK/EEA. We ensure these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and robust encryption.

Security: Access to the database is restricted to authorized Atrium administrators.
Retention: User accounts are maintained for as long as the training program is active. You may request account deletion at any time. Inactive accounts are subject to periodic review and deletion in line with HPE’s data retention policies.
